Where Are Our Girls! Celebrities, families and people all over the globe are furious and demand answers to the question; Where are our girls? This week alone there are reports of more than a dozen African American and Latina girls in Washington D.C. missing. Many believe nothing is being done. Commander Chanel Dickerson, the new leader of The Youth and Family Services Division, assure that “we are not seeing an uptick in missing children in D.C.” In fact, Cmdr. Dickerson stated, “there is a huge decrease in missing children cases since 2014.” Desperate and helpless people take to social media, posting #bringourgirlsho me! #theyareofgreatvalue and commenting on how Tom Brady’s jersey is more of a priority than these missing girls.
